How long does spousal sponsorship take?

Inland applications typically take 12-15 months. Outland applications can be processed in 12 months or less depending on the visa office.

Can I sponsor if I receive social assistance?

You cannot sponsor if you receive social assistance for reasons other than disability. Income requirements apply for parents/grandparents.

What if my application was refused before?
