Emmanuel Abitbol

Emmanuel Abitbol is a Canadian immigration and refugee lawyer and is one of Victorium Law's founding partners. He represents clients in a wide range of immigration and protection matters, with a particular focus on refugee protection claims and related proceedings before Canada's administrative tribunals and courts.

Emmanuel regularly assists individuals seeking protection before the Refugee Protection Division and the Refugee Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
